My communication style

In my sessions, I strive to cultivate a Calm tone, a quiet space, and goal-oriented sessions.

My approach

My style of therapy works towards recognizing and honoring an individual’s uniqueness. I then form a tailored approach which may include CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, strength-based practices, motivational interviewing, holistic approaches, and other working modalities.

My focus

If you are a client who identifies as LGBTQIA, BIPOC and is struggling through life transitions and trauma, I am here to help you work through it.
